TIPS FOR YOGA PRACTITIONERS

WHAT DO WE HAVE TO KNOW before to come to yoga class?

The Yoga courses are suitable for everybody, we all could have benefits from Yoga, but you have to choose the level, that is according to you and please do not forget that Yoga is a prolonged process.

It is recommended that you don't eat at least 2 hours before the Yoga class.

Be dressed with comfortable clothes. Let the heavy jewels and watches be removed.

Please, take off your shoes and put them on the shelf near the enter door.

Please come in time, at least 5 min before the class started. I am in the studio 30 min. before the class started.

Switch off the ring tone of your mobile.

There is no need to bring a yoga math.

In Yoga studo 108 there are dressing rooms for women and men, please do not use the yoga hall as a dressing room.

Please when you use the toalet - to close the toalet board, the door and to swith off the light.  

You do not need to bring shoes of slipers, we do yoga with bare feet or with socks.

If there is no class as per the schedule, usually i am not in the studio, so if you want to find me - call me or see the schedule.

There is no AC in the yoga studio. In winter there is heating and the temerature is around 17-19C, in summer there are some fans, the temperature is around 23-27C, depending on the temperature outside.
Please keep in mind that we lie or sit on the floor a lot.

Be aware of how your body is feeling before, during and after the Yoga practice, hear the signals of your body and follow the principle of nonviolence and gradualness.

Yoga is most of all a common sense and moderation.

Please, do not correct the people around you - that is teacher' duty

If you have some medical problem or a recent operation, as well as if you are pregnant - it is good to inform the teacher.

The Yoga practices have a very strong influence over the body, mind and spirit - keep this in mind.
